Retainer Contract - Expert development talent on your team all the time.
Flatsourcing provides expert Ruby on Rails programmers integrated into your current development team. We are task-oriented and take pride in delivering the high-quality code that you need. Every full-time programmer contract includes the following benefits:
- An experienced client manager who has lived in the US and is fluent in English and skilled at technical communication to facilitate task allocation, QA and reporting.
- A backup programmer on your project team. We protect you against coding down-time by making sure your have two people on your project at all times.
- Access to Trac or Lighthouse for your ticketing your programming tasks as well as videoconferencing software for scheduled meetings.
Project Contract - The management, talent, and experience to execute your vision.
Flatsourcing will work with you to turn your vision into a reality. We assemble a team based on the needs of your project that will include project management to oversee the delivery of your application. Every project-based contract includes the following:
- An experienced project manager who has lived in the US and is fluent in English and skilled at technical communication to facilitate task allocation, QA and reporting.
- A team assembled based around your needs made up of: project management, programmers, art designer, production designer, and system administrator.
- Delivery timeline with insight into the agile development process and feedback sessions to review the progression of your project.
Web App Admin Contract - Keep your app up. All the time.
Flatsourcing takes over the management and maintenance of your web application. We take a look at your hosting and transfer you to a more stable enviroment if necessary. We'll set up routine backups and a monitoring system that will automatically notify your team (and you), if something goes wrong. Every web app admin contract includes the following:
- An experienced client manager who has lived in the US and is fluent in English and skilled at
technical communication to facilitate task allocation, QA and reporting. - Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of your application by a team made up of: programmer and system administrator.
- Access to additional development for your application on an hourly rate basis.
Hourly Contract - Access to development and design on demand.
Flatsourcing works for you on an “on-demand” basis. Weʼll get done what you need, billing you on an hourly basis only for the work we do. Every hourly contract includes the following benefits:

technical communication to facilitate task allocation, QA and reporting. - Access to Basecamp for you to communicate your tasks to us.
